Coordination, facilitation and project management for mission-driven teams
With a PhD in cognitive science, I bring a distinctive perspective to multilingual project coordination, one shaped by scientific rigour, creative sensitivity, and a deep understanding of how people think, communicate, and collaborate across cultures. I work at the intersection of ecological transition, the arts, well-being, and community development, with a particular sensitivity to neurodiversity.
I combine linguistic precision with cross-cultural sensitivity and an attention to the human dimension of every project, ensuring that things move forward clearly, inclusively, and with depth. I believe the most impactful collaborations honour both efficiency and meaning. If you have a meaningful project in mind, I'd love to hear about it.

Testimonials
“I joined M33 because Armelle had achieved what few people manage: turning an intuition into a living place. She didn't just open a studio, she built a collective that lasts over time, where very different practices genuinely coexist. Seeing far ahead while rallying people around a shared direction, that is her real strength.”
